Located in Fleurier, in the heart of the Val-de-Travers, Distillerie Grand is housed in a former 19th-century independent chapel. Combining heritage, creativity and craftsmanship, this unique venue offers a contemporary and immersive approach to the world of absinthe.

Beneath the chapel’s historic vaults, Patrick Grand develops a free and creative vision of distillation. The building’s heritage now coexists with stills, botanicals and artisanal creations that bring the distillery’s spirits to life.

The distillery notably offers absinthe-making workshops where visitors can discover botanicals, create their own recipe, take part in the distillation process and leave with a personalised bottle. Tastings, events and immersive experiences centred around the Green Fairy complete this original approach to absinthe.
