How to connect to Wi-Fi?
To access the free Wi-Fi networks available in Pontarlier and the Val-de-Travers, simply follow the steps below:
1. Activate Wi-Fi
Activate Wi-Fi on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
2. Select the network based on your location
Choose the network corresponding to your location:
• VdT-Wifi (Val-de-Travers)
• PONTARLIER-WIFI
• GOUNEFAY
• CHATEAU_DE_JOUX
• or any other public network indicated on site.
3. Open your internet browser
Launch your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
You will be automatically redirected to the Wi-Fi access portal.
4. Log in
• Enter your email address
• Accept the terms of use
• Click on "Log in"
• You are now connected and can browse freely.

The City of Pontarlier has made available a free public Wi-Fi network, accessible in seven municipal locations:

Good news for Wi-Fi users in Val-de-Travers: residents and visitors now have a single internet access point, available at eight locations throughout the municipality. The VdT-Wifi network is the result of a collaboration between the Municipality of Val-de-Travers, the company Valsys in Môtiers, and several local service providers.
