Located in the heart of the Val-de-Travers, the Kübler Distillery has been producing Swiss absinthes for several generations.

It is to Yves Kübler, the distillery’s current owner, that we owe the revival of absinthe in Switzerland. Today, the distillery offers absinthes that are widely distributed both in Switzerland and internationally.

Combining tradition and expertise, the distillery remains true to the absinthe-making history of the Val-de-Travers.
